there policy is NO refunds. i went down there for a dye job and they burnt my neck,friend my hair,& i got nowhere near the color i wanted. after all these was done i asked for a refund so i can go somewhere else to get a hair cut,hair treatments,and so i can buy things to help the burns. they refused to give a refund after said & done they were VERY rude. these salon hs been on the news and there is groups about why not to go there. i suggest you move on to someone who is professinal & truely cares about thier clients. there a christian salon but they were judging me & judging other rasies when i was there! :(i would give them NO starts.
