I really admire them for being more than willing to ask for help from other professionals in the field when they don't have an answer to my question. They aren't even slightly arrogant, and I'm confident they always have my best interest at heart. Every time I visit, I love reading all the magazines they have in the waiting area while I'm waiting for my beauty treatment. They have a fantastic selection, and having some good reading material always makes time go by so much faster. They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me. They are always prepared for my appointment and remember everything about me. They answered my questions and spent a lot of time with me. I didn't feel like they were trying to rush my appointment at all.
