I've never had to worry about them being understaffed or not being able to help me right when I need it. They have a huge staff that's very knowledgeable and qualified. One of the first things I noticed about this business was how many different areas of the building were handicap-accessible. I have been to other places where I couldn't tell how someone in a wheelchair could even enter, but they really spent a lot of time to accommodate people with all different needs. I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to. I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. They were running right on time, which is a really big deal for me. They always dress so professionally here, the entire staff obviously makes an effort to look their best and maintain a very professional appearance.
