SINCE when was there no return or exchange policy that included use of cosmetics that irritate your skin!
I wouldn’t repurchase anything from this store again . They do not have a RETURN/EXCHANGE policy that best serves my needs as far as purchasing a product that I would never know, would irritate my skin. Nor was their Manager /Customer Service helpful to me at all.
**I have experience tons of other salons that have better exchange & return policies & service and was able to purchase the same products. Although, not a salon, Sephora in Southcenter has better selection of cosmetics and if purchased on-line I can get free sample products, FREE SHIPPING & FREE RETURNS. I should have just stuck with Sephora store or on-line.
Anytime before I make a purchase, I always ask about their return policy and so the person i asked about the return policy when I asked "IF a product irritated my skin" (before I purchased the product), she said that I could come in and return or exchange the product.
So I went back to the store to get a refund/exchange and they didn't want to give me any according to store policy of open products. I explained the situation to the sales clerk and the mananger and no one would take responsibility and blamed it all on me. I did explain the situation and I gave them the description of a Latina girl who had helped me on the purchase day, who the manager described could have been their esthetician, who had helped me. Still, no help. Anyway, so I didn't get any help. I even had a letter written to them. Still no help, no response. They never replied back. Nothing. I felt as if they don't care about servicing me at all and they only wanted my money.
