They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. The office was easy enough to find.

We Love, love, love Christopher doing our hair, me and my 17 year old daughter! you get what you ask for everytime!

I was disappointed to read NEGATIVE Nancy's review here. I have been going to Christophers Hair and Nails for ten years now and have never received anything but excellent service. The salon is laid back and friendly, certainly never rude. I have gotten my hair cut and colored on numerous occasions by different stylist an have always left happy and feeling great! I enjoy my down time when i am at Christophers , the atmosphere is more than just a salon. I truly enjoy my time with all of the staff at Christophers and highly recommend them to anyone ! They didn't listen to anything I had to say! Whenever I tried to get a word in, they either interrupted me or cut me off before I could finish. They wouldn't give me the price of my beauty treatment over the phone, and told me that they could only give me a price when I arrived. I didn't want to take the time to visit them without knowing what my beauty treatment would cost. My stylist didn't make an effort to keep hair off of me. They barely ever answer any of my questions over the phone, and I've had to make way too many appointments. Their equipment wasn't the best. It looked somewhat current but it wasn't advanced. The owner of the salon is RUDE and I had the WORST hair cut / color ever - I have had to spend $250 so far to TRY to get my hair in a somewhat presentable style. I called to ask to have my money refunded and the owner hung up on me! I was appalled! Other than getting hair extensions, it will take at least 3 months to get my hair the way it was! The color was orange and the cut was hideous - one side was longer than the other .... humm, the stylist (?) kept sniffing - could there be a problem with some kind of abuse or, is he simply allergic to what he does? If you go here, it will cost you WAY more than wasted money!
