Their prices were very fair. The level of care you get for the price is outstanding. I would never visit them again. I was very disappointed. They barely gave me any information at all. I'm going to have to do my own research to get my questions answered. I feel like my appointment was pointless. None of my questions were answered, nothing was accomplished, and I felt worse when I left. They didn't tell me very much about my treatments' risks and benefits. I still felt like I had to do my own research.

I would avoid this salon if you have natural hair. The one stylist who does natural hair did a horrible job on my hair. After telling her that I was tender-headed she totally ignored me and continued to brush and comb my hair--even when wet---harshly. I stopped her from flat ironing my hair with her Chi because she was doing it while my hair was still very damp. I left with 1/3 of my hair flat ironed and redid my hair at home.
