Not at all, they had plenty of staff members to help me whenever I needed assistance

Not at all! They were always present and attentive
Did your hair stylist make sure he/she didn't spray water in your face?
Absolutely. The stylist was very careful to make sure I stayed completely dry.

Completely!

They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. They made sure that their qualifications were obvious. I was confident that I was under the care of a professional. I feel like they go out of their way to accommodate my schedule. I always get the appointment time I want. They have really great customer service here. They always put their customers first, regardless of the situation.
