The owner has really changed the business around! Fun friendly staff, relaxed atmosphere, remodeled. AND QUIT SMOKING INSIDE! That is a major bonus. She has read the reviews and done something about them all.

I really wished they would NOT smoke inside, it's so strong that I can hardly breath. After my 1 mth tanning pass I won't be back. I just can't stand the ciggarettes. Sad because it's so close. The place has a lot of potential if it was cleaned up.

I've visited this salon on several occasions because it is close to my home and for that reason only. Although the owner did a superb job cutting my hair (and I guess that, ultimately, is what matters) I have found the "chair-side manner" of the staff to be unpredictable. On my first visit, the owner was friendly and polite. On my subsequent visits, when several other customers (with whom, it seems, the staff were friends) were present, I was all but ignored. My advice: go on a slow day when you're the only one present or else you'll wind up feeling like a burden rather than a cherished customer.

The owner was incredibly rude. She couldn't wait to get a cigarette once she was finished cutting my hair. Hair We R is only a five minute drive from my home. I wish she wasn't so rude, because it would be a convenient place to frequent on a regular basis. When she wasn't being rude to me, she complained the entire time to one of her employees about her frustrations with her daughter. It was a very uncomfortable experience, the place smelled like an ash tray, and if it weren't for the tanning beds, I highly doubt the place could stay in business with customer service as poor as it is. On a positive note, she did a great job cutting my hair but customer service is everything.

Their staff was not that friendly, and didn't go out of their way to make me feel welcome. The business hours are choppy at best. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. I would never visit them again. I was very disappointed.
