My teenage daughter had never had her eyebrows waxed before. The technician went slowly and checked with her to see if she was comfortable. She also talked with her about at-home hair dye versus salon process. I appreciated how friendly she was and that she did good work.

This place was terrible. I found a coupon for 3 dollars off so I made the horrible mistake of going here knowing that my current barber is decent. I get in there and all I need is a buzz cut: a size 2 on the back and sides with a fade into a size 5 on top...this should be a pretty easy haircut for a guy. It seemed like the first time the barber used a pair of clippers. The cord was getting tangled up, she was nervous, etc... She asked the older lady working there for help. At first she was using scissors for the fade and the other barber said ''you know...you can use the clippers for that.'' It took her about 10 minutes, which at my normal barber it takes him about 20 because he really puts some effort into it. I was completely dissatisfied with my haircut. The fade was horrible. I went to my other barber to fix it and ended up paying for two haircuts instead of one. Then at the end when I was paying, there was no change in the register so I had to sit there waiting for change with the barber sitting next to me and my stupid haircut....very awkward. All for 3 dollars. Never going there again. You work at a beauty salon and can't use clippers properly? Unreal.
