I received a Keratin treatment from Gwen. I've had several Keratin treatments over the past 4 years from other salons and every single one has been successful. Gwen's treatment had absolutely no effect on my hair whatsoever.
When I returned to the salon to let Gwen know about the failed Keratin, she just said, "It doesn't look that bad to me". It looked exactly the same as it did before the Keratin. I paid a lot of money for the Keratin, and waited the excrutiating 72 hours before washing - absolutely no difference.
Epic failure of product and service.
Also, the towels were overpoweringly sour smelling - they had been left in the washing machine too long before drying and soured.
