Horrible customer service by employee, initials B. M. at salon on 23rd street Panama City, FL. I asked to cancel membership, but she said my account would be drafted the $27 on december 1st anyways and I asked if it would even do that if I don't use service and I would be charged. Most businesses with good customer service skills will override the rules just to help a long time patron and not try to run off a paying customer by telling them that there are penalties to cancel. It appears that the business at Club Sun is not hurting during this economic recession. I called corporate and got a recording and to leave a message in a voice mailbox, not cool, so had to go to bank to cancel my debit card to be issued a new one, so my account will not be drafted via my old debit card, what a hassle. I will never use Club Sun Salons ever again, and I will highly recommend to my friends around town to cancel and go somewhere else. It appears that Club Sun does not train their employees with good customer service skills.
