They always dress so professionally here, the entire staff obviously makes an effort to look their best and maintain a very professional appearance. One of the first things I noticed when I came in for my appointment here was that the building was not handicap-accessible. I didn't see any ramps or wheelchair accessibility, which seemed kind of strange to me. The staff was one of the most respectful, helpful staffs I've ever seen anywhere. It was obvious they really enjoyed working there. Not only do they never postpone my appointment, they always try to get me in as soon as possible. I love that I can always get an appointment right away, and I never have to worry about them rescheduling it. It was easy to get the appointment time that worked for my schedule.
