I have shopping at Adorn since I moved to Mission Viejo in 1988. I have bought many hair car products, received advice and have had great service. Last week I purchased hair color and asked for a specific brand and type as I have been doing for quite some time now. There was only one box in the slot and so I took this home. This morning I colored my hair to have it not work right, I looked at the box and saw that it was not the correct color. I returned to the store to ask for a replacement as I felt it was their mistake giving me the wrong box. I was denied! A five dollar box of hair color! I will not shop there again and have found a store right down the street that has products and hair color, actually less money and nice too!
