i have had my hair cut several times at Supercuts- each time i was
quite satisfied. i went the other evening and although the haircut was
good the attitude was -to put it mildly- lousy... bad enough that i will not longer have my hair cut there. the young woman who cut my hair did a good cut BUT..... she never asked if i wanted y hair washed, never asked
it i wanted her to low it dry, never asked if i wanted any "products" put on my hair. i am quite aware that these things are extra - and i would have appreciated the offer- and would have had these things done. it is not
her place to determine whether the customer can afford these services
or not- but not to offer is a total turn off. needless to say i will no longer spend my money where i received poor quality attitude. i did notice that
the customer following me DID get offered having her hair washed and DID have it done.
