The first time I visited, I had a very pleasant impression. My hair was about to my bum and I asked for a trim. To my surprise my hair was cut just below my shoulders.I was very upset! Well five years I made the stupid mistake of giving them a second try (my hair now down to my waist). I asked for a trim only to get a cut right above my shoulders! NEVER again will I go back.
