I have been a customer here for 15+ years and will never set foot in this place again. Since their recent change in management, long-time customers are treated like they've never before been seen in this store. The workers are not trained. They aren't familiar with the products they sell. They act like they are bothered when a customer has a question. They leave one employee in the store who doesn't have authority to do an exchange or accept a return, and moreover who acts as if she couldn't care less if you take your business elsewhere... so I have.

They ignored my questions and my appointment seemed rushed. Their staff was not friendly at all, I didn't feel welcome there. I felt like my needs were mostly met, but they didn't make any extra effort. I found the office, but only because I had simple, very clear directions. I wish it had been easier to locate. I would never visit them again. I was very disappointed. Hi my is Cora Denise Mayes I went in the store and the was very disreaspful they did not ack me if need help and that the frist I to the store by my self and they ignoed me. THE SECOND TIME WENT BACK WITH AND ANT AND WAS OFFFUL TO US THAT I DID'NT KNOW I NEED IT LICENSE TO OPEN AND ACOUNT TO BY FROM THE STORE BECAUSE THE FRIST TIME I WENT TO THE STORE NO ONE HELP ME OR TALK ME SO I LEFT.
