BEWARE! I went for an all over color and specified the medium level of rich brown and I explained I have resistant grays. The result was one level shy of black and it looked dull and dense. A few days later while washing it, I noticed a large amount of color going down the drain. In less than two weeks my grays were showing loud and clear. For this I paid $250.00. I could have gotten this result from a $15.00 box!
