One of my girlfriends got her hair done here & it looked great so I tried it. The first time Tori was overbooked & she rushed through my haircut & instead of a bob I got some jagged edge mishap. She said I could comeback sometime & she'd fix it. She did apologize a lot, she seemed very frazzled at the time so I thought I would try again. I'd seen & heard such great things. The next appointment I set for a color & haircut, they booked me with the wrong girl and I'm telling you I was definitely specific when I set the appointment. I took off from work for this appointment. I was so disappointed. I expected such great things from this place and ended up with THE WORST SERVICE EVER TWICE! I am now telling all my friends & co-workers & clubs with which I am affiliated, I advise if you want half way decent service, don't go there. So unprofessional. Waste of time.
