Took my 7 year old there because it's close to home.I wanted her hair done for the first day of school.It was her first time getting a press and curl. I must say Kim/ the owner spoke to me on the phone and allowed me to bring her although they closed at 12. She had me and my baby in and out of there. She did a very nice job on her hair and she even trimmed her ends and no additional charge.Did I mention how affordable it was???

All and all I was very pleased and had a good first experience . I'm going to call today to see if she can do something to my head.. lol

They had the best parking situation I've ever seen at any salon. I found a spot right away, and it was right next to the entrance. I was given a brief greeting when I walked through the door, but no one made any sort of effort to help me. I felt mostly ignored. My stylist tried a little bit to keep me covered during my appointment, but I still got some hair on my clothes. It wasn't a lot, but it was still uncomfortable. I was shocked by how much foul language the staff used in front of their clients. It made me never want to return. There was only a couple of times where the staff was actually able to answer my questions. Most of the time, they'd refer me to their boss or another staff member. When I got to the salon for my 11am appointment the stylist named Brittany was not there yet she was late. When she finally did arrive she got started on my hair right away but she had too much going on immediately she started a gossip session with the stylist was next to her. It was awful curse words were used they were talking about fighting and Brittany who was doing my hair kept answering her phone and talking on that as well. When she was Done with my hair she just said you can go sit over there. I felt it was rude of her to not give me any direction but you can go sit over there. I sat down in the chair she instructed me to sit in and it was Kim chair she didn't know why i was sitting in her chair so she just basically told me how much I owed which was 75$ I showed her a coupon at that point that stated weaves $50 for new clients. I was in fact a new client and Kim stated oh no That coupon is for glue in and not sewn in well it didn't say that in the coupon I felt a since of distrust at this point and it wasnt worth the argument so i just paid the $75 or so I thought I got halfway HOME and looked at my receipt and it stated I was charged $80. Wow these people are taking their own tip needless to say a tip wasn't earned at all. I would never step foot back into this ghetto fabulous hair salon my hair looks great but I was happiest when uneasy leaving.

This is a place you go to in a pinch. It is not clean at all. Check out the Eye Brow Wax bowl it's disgusting. It was sitting on the floor. The towels need to be replaced. The white clock on the wall is full of dust. There is dust everywhere. There was a bowl with tubes of dye it was disgusting. Stylist was good but the owner needs to take more pride in the appearance of the salon. Things are old and ripped, mirrors were not clean. Special care is not given in this salon to appeal to customers. I do not recommend this place unless you are desperate or don't care where you lay your head.

Never, they are very reliable.

Never! They have lots of business, but they do such a great job of never overbooking.

They open very early on Saturday (6:am) which is extremely convenient, but they are very busy so some times you feel like you really dont get personal attention, they do very good work generally.
