Ms. Millicent started taking care of my hair when I was a little girl. She was in a salon in Cleveland at that time. I wad so happy when my Mother allowed me to tag along. Her hair was always so pretty. I wanted my hair to look like hers. She will make sure your hair is healthy and styled to perfection. Just tell her what you want and she will get it done without compromising the health of your hair.
