They were a little too argumentative and angry. They didn't seem like they wanted to listen to almost everything I had to say. They really make no effort to maintain a professional appearance here. I was shocked at how unprofessional they looked. They definitely didn't have enough staff members on hand. It seemed like one person was trying to do everything, and I ended up waiting for a very long time. I went here last week & i'll never come here again!As soon as me & my boyfriend walked in stylists were rude,had to ask for our info about 3 or 4 times.The girl who did my hair (Sonja) was sitting in the back giving herself a hair treatment on the clock.Male stylist did a great job on my boyfriends cut.As for Sonja i brought a picture in because i have blunt bangs & all i needed was a trim.She ended up chopping them so badly they're shredded at the ends she thinned them out when i never wanted that (they were nice & full),then she decided to so call angle them on the side & its awful!She used s fine tooth comb to starighten my bangs with a blow dyryer instead of a round brush.She asked how they looked, but i couldnt tell because she didnt style them properly & i was in a hurry.Went home to style them myself & i hav no bangs now! I'm sorry but you shouldn't style hair if you cant even take in what a picture blatantly shows you what should be done.I Know its not a nice salon but come on!
