Completely disappointed, sad, and upset. Went to this salon and was initially very excited to give my hair an uplift and try some place new. I wanted the crown blonde and and now I am honeywheat even though they claim I received ash tones. I called to express my unhappiness and was scheduled to come back so I thought to make me a happy customer. Instead I got attitude from the colorist, the wife's owner and the boot from the owner!! How nerving and how terrible can one- in this case three -be from total customer satisfaction. The check refund they gave me was an insult-I wanted my hair to look the way I what it to look -If they had no intentions of fixing it -a phone call and polite one at that -with the refund check would have been far kinder-If you expect to be treated like a special customer and never visited this salon before-I would not recommend it -If you are not in the business of ALL customers to be treated equally -why bother -Not getting my hair fixed was upsetting enough and being treated so rudely by both owner and wife is I think even more upsetting.
