I see Michelle at Cashel's because she gets the color right EVERY Time and charges half of what I used to pay at a high end salon in Montclair, where the color was almost never what I requested. Sometimes I call and get in the same day, which is great for me given my schedule. It's a friendly environment there ... neighborhoody.
