Great supply house! Staff has always been incredibly friendly, helpful, and go above and beyond to get the product I need. They even call me to remind me when product comes in and keep a good stock of the supplies I need. I love this store!

Horrible service from Beth. I asked a hair color question and she stated that she was a 'professional' hair dresser so she could do my hair but not answer questions about color. She explained that if I was unhappy with the color I chose I might sue her due to the fact that she was a licensed professional. What???? When we walked out my 9 year old son said, "Wow, that was the rudest lady ever." Will drive to peels from now on. BTW, my question was as simple as "Do the Redken semi permanent colors match easily with the semi permanent?" She said, "Take out the swatches and look."
