I got an appointment quickly. I've never had to wait too long. I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time. They were so kind and attentive to me. I didn't have to worry about them arguing with me, or contradicting what I had to say, which has been a problem for me at other places. My stylist made an extra effort to make sure I wasn't sprayed with water. I was extremely impressed. I loved that I was able to call and get the price of my beauty treatment over the phone. It was nice not having to drive over there to find out.
