I absolutely hate how they cut my hair! The people who work there are very friendly, but I would rather have someone who knew what they were doing to cut my hair. I had specifically told the guy I wanted long layers, nothing to dramatic (my hair is just past my breasts) and I didn't want him to cut my bangs because they had just grown to the length I wanted them. Instead he put VERY choppy layers in my hair starting at my ear. He razored my bangs just right above my nose and they now stick straight up. They won't even lay right. After this hair appointment, I walked out with dramatically uneven hair. I absolutely hate this salon and I never will return. I would definitely not recommend this salon.

My teenagers love Hot Heads! They love being cared about and taken care of. When teenagers find a place and ask to go back because "They listen to me." you know you have found a great place with amazing people.
