I've been to Hair Cuttery several times, and was only happy with my hair once in the last year. I have had it cut twice by Tim, and was displeased greatly.
The other time I had my hair cut Lauren cut my hair and I loved it.

There seems to be an issue with having enough stylist on duty, because the wait time is very, very long. I am planning to return to J C Penny's Salon, and having Tanya cut my hair. She is very professional, and friendly.

I used to get my hair done here all the time, it was the only place I would go. Now I don't know what has changed but the service is horrible. No matter when you go you can't get your hair done without a two hour wait. If you request an appointment it's a huge problem for them, and if you call and make an appointment they won't have record of it when you come in. Horrible horrible horrible! This isn't a one time bad experience either. This is my fourth terrible visit and I'm finished with hair cuttery, poor manners, high prices and no professionalism. Learn how to keep an appointment book at least!
