They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. The office was easy enough to find. The ladies are all pretty easy on the eyes too! If you do have to wait for your stylist, which is rare, the other ladies take time to talk to you and keep you entertained.

I recognized the shampoo and conditioner used at Village Hair as some of the best brands on the market. They are used by the top stylists in the country. They were so kind and attentive to me. I didn't have to worry about them arguing with me, or contradicting what I had to say, which has been a problem for me at other places. They had quite a few interesting magazines, which made my time in the waiting room go by much faster. They are an absolute expert in the field. I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in their care. I never have to worry about them overbooking appointments. They definitely believe in quality over quantity here and it is much appreciated. I was VERY pleased with Alison, best cut I've had in years!!

They made sure that their qualifications were obvious. I was confident that I was under the care of a professional. I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. Although I have not had much to complain about, I have noticed that they strongly adhere to the customer is always right policy and if anything goes wrong make every effort to correct the situation. Their office was well organized and clean. I will definitely refer my friends and family here. They get along well together and work cooperatively to provide the best service possible. They don't complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them. Sally is who I always go to although everyone seems very competent, more laid back than most hair places I have gone to, but I love the work she does :)
