I was hoping that they would be sympathetic to my situation and understand where I was coming from. Instead, they made it completely obvious that they didn't care about me or what I had been through and what I was trying to find. Not to mention how RUDE a woman was to me when I had told her I had not shopped there for over a year or more and I do have a Sally's Beauty membership but didn't have my card with me, but had in the past used my military ID as a substitute. She said "I can't just give you another card and I don't know what you expect me to do with that. It doesn't get you anything." Referencing my military ID which as I said, has served as a substitute for not having my Sally's membership card on me. EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL BEHAVIOR. Then, every time I'd ask a question, it seemed like they were annoyed and didn't want to give me an answer. I understand they're busy, but they should really treat their customers better. I was disappointed with the demeanor and sharp language they used in front of their customers. It wasn't a very family friendly place. They really make no effort to maintain a professional appearance here. I was shocked at how unprofessional they looked, very frumpy and angry attitudes didn't help sale me on the store or the products. Overall, horrible customer service but for certain items, the price is right....ONLY if you have your Sally's card or Cosmetology license. Either way, if you don't have either of those handy, too bad, try again next time because they WILL NOT accomodate you in any way.
