AWFUL. My appointment was at 1:30 and I had to wait until 3 to even get put in a chair. While I was getting my hair done the stylist was juggling between me and another customer. Also their services are extremely misleading so expect to pay more than whatever they say, oh and expect it once you're halfway through getting your hair done not before. Service was terrible and I will never be going back here again.
