Allen has been cutting, coloring and highlighting my hair for over 15 years and before then he was doing other family members. He has been nothing but professional, helpful and fun. It is obvious that the comments from Drone are actually the "friendly" sales person and not someone who has ever been customer because he says his "staff" was not friendly..Alllen doesn't have staff, he works by himself, that's what made his comment unbelievable. But, my family did get a good laugh at this.
