They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. Their staff is very friendly and professional. They didn't help me as much as I was hoping and didn't answer all my questions. The office was easy enough to find. If I couldn't find anyone better, I'd return again, but I'm hoping I can find better service somewhere else. I was quoted $50 for what I was wanting to be done to my hair and ended up being charged almost $125!! An outrageous price!!! Just beware!

Worst haircut ever and I thought my last one from there was bad. The last two times I went in here i was stuck with two different rookies who had no idea what they were doing. The first time, after the girl was done she actually said "now hold on, I need to get my manager to look at this..." This is exactly what you should not say to your customer! The last time I was with a different girl on her first day. $17 bought me a 6 minute sit down. Normally when you leave a place they should straighten out your hair to make you look somewhat presentable. She left my hair wet, slicked back and messy. I had to ask for her to dry it, so she ran the blow dryer for a second and a half. I go home and look in the mirror and half my head is about 1/2 inch short the other half wasn't even touched. On top of that i have to listen to a full staff the whole time, sitting on their butts complaining about their boss Bridgett, their men, and whatever else comes to mind not realizing that there are customers right in front of them. I have been going here since my first hair cut when I was 4 years old but lately service is lacking and the women who work there won't even give you a glimpse unless they know you are a good tipper. Bridgett, you gave me my first haircut ever when your shop was over by Shoppers Village. What has happened? I feel bullied around and forced into a lousy haircut whenever I go to Razors Edge. I really question whether I will return.
