They answered my questions and spent a lot of time with me. I didn't feel like they were trying to rush my appointment at all. I would never recommend them to anyone. They were terrible. I feel like my appointment was pointless. None of my questions were answered, nothing was accomplished, and I felt worse when I left. the young lady that did my hair was nice at the start but once she finished 4hours later(i only went in for a root touch up)I noticed my hair was over processed on top and not processed enough on the sides..i completly understand people make mistakes,but to laugh at the customer because she was not happy with the outcome of the service was completly Rude..then make the customer feel like it was the customers fault was not only rude but bad service..there are some wonderful people in the salon but some need a eye opener experience to show them how to please a customer..while in the salon, i over heard another lady who was not happy wit her hair and as soon as she walked out the door, the salon employees were saying "that lady want hair that she will never have"...Ps she could have had that hair she wanted ..if the salon was up to date with thier education and worry about the client and not the everday gossip....Gossip in a salon is a Huge turn off to the customers maybe that is why they are the only salon that always has opening...learned my lesson and having to pay double for my hair to be fixed the right way....So,Cut Above you really need to work on you customer service because , it is very unprofessional...May God bless each of you in the salon and i hope one day you will see that a happy customer is money in your pocket and a unsatisfied is less clients and less money in your pocket and a unsucessful salon...
