I have been going to Karen's classes for 4 years now. I used to be a runner but my back and knee started bothering me, the only thing that helped was going to Dr. Oliveri to get adjusted. Once I started yoga I am shocked that I never have to go to the chiropractor. Karen's classes are very relaxing and the music is amazing and she concentrated on only going were you body is confortable going. I try to go to 3 classes a week when I can. Her classes are always full! She teaches so many places it's easy to find her! I go to Miracles and the Beach locations, and Whitesboro. Now I am extremely flexible and look forward to going to class everyweek! I love you Karen...Jamie!!
