I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to. They always return my phone calls quickly. I always know that I'll get a prompt answer to my question. They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up. The staff was very helpful no matter how many times I called with a question or concern. They never made me feel uncomfortable for asking any question.

Jennifer Elfert was wonderful in assisting me with my tinnitus. She is knowledgeable, patient and understanding. With each follow-up visit, I felt more comfortable.. She is a wonderful audiologist and I would highly recommend her.
