I have been seeing chiropractors for years for the treatment of ongoing periodic episodes of low back pain that I have had for years. I have had mostly excellent results, and as a result have never needed to get surgery like my family doctor told me I would have to get over 20 years ago. When I retired last year, I moved to Mountain View with my wife, and saw Ms. Wang's Acupuncture/chiropractor sign outside of her office on Castro St. First off, I was on time for my appointment but Ms. Wand made me wait for about 20 minutes while she was talking to some other woman there who turned out to be her mother the acupunture person who she shares the office with. Very annoying. During the treatment Ms. Wang's cell phone rang about 10 times, and she answered it each time! She did not appear to be as interested in my treatment as she was in her personal calls! Also during the treatment she must have asked me about my insurance coverage or how I plan to pay about 20 times!! I finally asked her if all she was concerned about was the money, and she replied with a smirk on her face, "No I am equally concerned about your care AND the money!" I was so shocked! She seemed to think that this was funny! To top it off, she did not seem very knowledgeable about my condition, and used strange words and explanations that I have never heard of to describe it, and my care. I paid Ms. Wang her fee of $125, the most I've ever been charged, and I left her office, but I will NEVER return to her for treatment. She cares more about her personal calls, and your money than she does about you. Also, her lack of knowledge, compassion, and common deceny will prevent myself, my frineds and family, and anyone I come into contact with from ever seeking her services. She's also a con artist with her astronomical fees, and strange pseudo-science. Do not visit this office, you WILL regret it!
