This guy wants to be paid in full before he even sees you even with verified insurance. I was there as a new patient and it was a well patient visit. The Affordable Care Act mandates there is no charge for this service.

They wanted a credit card to be kept on file so they could charge it in the event any services were not covered by insurance.

I aske dor my forms to be returned and promptly found a doctor who was in his right mind. What a miserable exxperience.

The staff didn't seem to know very much, they couldn't ever answer my questions

No, they are really great about answering the phone right away
