I am very upset! I went into the office for a massage. My husband was out of work because of surgery so he came with me. We were waiting in the waiting room and Donna came out and looked at me and said, you look like you need an adjustment! I told her I had never had one before, I was also pregnant and I was scared to do it. After she practically begged me for 10 mins, and I repeatedly said no, she said to my husband, come in so I can show her there's nothing to be afraid about. He got on the table and she showed me on him how she does it. Now she is billing him for the visit, mind you it's been 8 months with no bill I between. I have called her several times with no callback! It's bait and switch if you ask me! I would never recommend her!

Coming in later today, I can elaborate. Several answer options appeared sequentially confusing, unlike "most often, often, some times, rarely, never." Next, your questions had multiple points, so I'm unsure what you could glean from your survey. Typically surveys have one point with a sequential range of possible answers. Also, I did not find my answer to several questions, when "Not Applicable" would have been my reply. Lastly, your summary of my survey seemed to be an over-interpretation.

Rest assured, my critique is about your survey draft, not about service. My only service critique was finding your door locked with still curtains drawn at 10:00 AM. Two days later a staff person said you were open, just hadn't unlocked the door. I had forgotten about this, until your survey, so add it now for a laugh.

I didn't feel any numbness after my visit. They always take good care of me. I've never had to worry about them being understaffed or not being able to help me right when I need it. They have a huge staff that's very knowledgeable and qualified. I've been to one or two places that had a really bad smell. I was worried I would encounter it here too but I didn't notice anything.
