Dr. Custer is very well educated and knowledgable. They were able to get me in the same day as I called. Dr. Custer is more thorough and comprehensive in his approach to spine and back problems combining the best of chiropractice with physical theraty, decompression, massage therapy and electical stimulation and he other therapies are available as needed such as water therapy. I have been to physical therapy other places before but it was an involved process of visiting t he doctor, scheduling xrays and then being referred for PT to get help and then much slower for rehabilitation. Dr. Custer relieved my problem much faster and I did not need a referral from my doctor. The whole staff is well educated and such a friendly group of people. Dr. Custer explained more to me about why I have this back problem, how to keep from re-injuring myself than anyone in the past and answered all my questions in-depth. I was so happy with the care I got here that I have already recommended Willis Spine and Rehabilitation to my friends. The prices here are so much less than other physical therapy places and my insurance takes care of 90% plus my rate of recovery is so much faster that I needed fewer visits.

Love Dr. Custer. Every time I am seen, my problems are greatly diminished. He is a wonderful doctor. That being said, the staff leave a little to be desired. They are very knowledgable and really do a great job...when they are not caught up in personal conversations. During massages when they are supposed to be concentrating on your problem area, there is a lot of pausing because they are instead concentrating on their own personal conversations. Super nice people, just a bit destracted.
