This clinic is unlike any Dr's office I have ever been to, It is more like visiting friends then a Dr's office. The front staff is friendly and greet you as you walk in the door and make me feel special. The Dr and nurse are great and take my questions and concerns seriously and don't make me feel like they have pre-diagnosed my problem without listening to me.

As far as Charity's complaint about them not knowing your address, I know they ask me each time I check in if anything has changed, like my address, phone number or insurance coverage. I do feel like it is my responsibility to update people with MY information changes. I'm sure they don't have time to call all of us and ask us if we've moved recently.

They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. Their staff is very friendly and professional. I felt like my needs were mostly met, but they didn't make any extra effort. I have seen this Dr. for at least 6 years, and recently had thryoid surgery, and was in the Office every week to check my calcium and thyroid levels, I was on a first name basis with the staff, and paid my balance complete at EVERY visit. I went to schedule my annual thryoid level check up, and the receptionist said she couldnt schedule me because I had a $21 balance they had sent to collections! They had the wrong address on file for the last 3.5 years, but my phone number was updated?? I spoke to the office manager and she said it was my fault my address wasnt updated!

One thing I noticed about their office was how absolutely fantastic it smelled. They must clean or sanitize all the time. I will absolutely return. I had an amazing experience, and they were by far the best I've ever seen. The staff was extremely warm and welcoming, and made every effort to make me feel right at home. They are so friendly and inviting. They do such a great job of never overbooking appointments, even though they are extremely popular. I know for a fact that they have lots of business, but I've never had to wait a long time in a crowded waiting room like other places I've been too. They are completely committed to helping me as long as it takes to find the best solution. I never have to worry that they'll back out or give up if a solution isn't reached immediately, which has been a problem for me at other places.

I'm always amazed at how considerate and concerned they are for my well-being. Their advice is always wonderful and completely unbiased. They offer the best pricing I've ever seen. I couldn't believe how little I ended up having to pay. I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. It was nice to be acknowledged. The staff really knows what they're doing, and they know a lot about the company they work for. They're able to answer most of my questions, and the only ones they don't are the ones they need their boss's approval for.
