Gonstead was contacted related to extreme lower back pain. An appointment was a while to wait. The appointment only resulted in a lot of talking and x-rays. The next appointment informed that either I sign on to three days a week for three months or they will not adjust at all. As a word of advice, before setting up any appointment, have them define what they plan on doing because otherwise it is a waste of time and money, where I had to pay for the x-rays and no adjustment.

They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows. If you want someone to make you feel at home, this is the place! They are so friendly and welcoming. I was very comfortable and thoughtfully engaged around my concerns during my adjustments. I felt much better after my appointment. My pain was greatly reduced.

The care I received by Dr. Wall advanced beyond the treatments I received from my previous chiropractor; the treatment options offered dramatically addressed my chronic pain issues and are always available to answer questions I have about my treatment as well as other supports I can do to advance my health priorities. Their staff is extremely friendly, welcoming and responsive. They are so warm and professional I have been extremely happy to recommend them to my friends ~ and am tickled when my friends report back their satisfaction as well!
