The first visit was fine. Everyone was very friendly and professional. Dr Matthews met with me and discussed the best program option to purchase. Once I had paid though, things changed. I had a follow up visit with her, that I had booked several months prior. I arrived on time at 9.15am. After my vitals were taken, I was shown into her office and literally left there for the next 40mins. No one came in to let me know what was going on. When I finally went out and asked where the Dr was, I was told that the patient before me had come in late and as a result she was behind. I commented that that was not very fair to me. No one said anything. Finally Dr Matthews came in and apologized for being late. I told her that I had another appointment and had to leave in 15mins( I had waited 40mins) Her next comment is what made me want to write this review. First she said, ‘I’m sorry for being late but it was out of my control’, then she changed it to ‘well, it was in my control but it was important’ As a Chiropractor myself that has run my own practice, the last thing you ever say to a patient, who has been waiting for as long as I had, that basically someone else is more important than you and your time means nothing to me.
I will not be going back there. I feel that they give you their time and attention, until you are all paid up and then they move onto the next sale. I didn’t feel like they cared and their programs are way overpriced for what you actually get out of them. I would do my research and look elsewhere, if you want a more one on one, caring experience.

Never. I don't think they care about helping their clients save money

Sort of, but its pretty far away from everything

Absolutely! They aren't arrogant at all and are more than willing to pursue advice when necessary

Getting an appointment at this office wasn't too difficult. They don't really take that extra step to make me feel special. I'm just another client to them. They answered most of my questions. Their office was nice and quiet. Dr. Matthew is very qualified and knowledgeable, but the receptionist was not friendly or welcoming, and seemed annoyed when I checked in.
The doctor made it clear that she didn't want to hear about my medication refill needs ( med that she prescribed me), and told me I should only call the pharmacist. I was very turned off my this. For the price one pays, I would hope she or her staff would be happy to call in a refill. This is why she gets a 3 out of 5. The doctor won't call you back to discuss anything, I could only ever talk to nurse. So to summarize, my hormone issues have improved with the care I received, but I felt like a number and nothing extra special about my experience.

Not at all, they had plenty of staff members to help me whenever I needed assistance

No, they didn't cancel on me last minute

No, They definitely believe in quality over quantity and allow more than enough time in between appointments
