Definitely! It was one of the best looking offices I've ever seen!

Never! They have lots of business, but they do such a great job of never overbooking.

They were absolutely amazing and make others in the same field look like beginners. Every single time I visit, they vary their technique so I don't get the same massage every time. They are extremely knowledgeable. As soon as I walked through the door, I was immediately greeted by the friendly staff. They went out of their way to make me feel special and appreciated.

They were easy to reach in an emergency. When I called they answered right away and I was so relieved to hear a friendly voice. Everyone in my community knows that they are the absolute best in the field. I knew I was getting top-of-the-line treatment when they told me about what they learned at the latest conference they attended, and how they were incorporating that knowledge into the practice. They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. The restrooms were very well-stocked at this provider's office. They always have toilet seat covers, paper towels and toilet paper and never run out.

I don't think I have ever been put on hold here for a long time and am so impressed with how quickly all of my questions are answered. There's nothing worse than having to wait on hold for a half an hour just to get someone to talk to you. They are always extremely careful to respect my privacy and knock every single time before they enter the massage room. I never have to worry. I was amazed at how wonderfully they treated each of their staff members. They were so appreciative and thankful. I've never seen any employer treat their staff better, and it made me want to come back that much more.

Gaynelle's skillful hands have enabled me to maintain flexibility and increased my energy level for the last 6 years. She's intuitive, skillful, and has the soul of an angel. Gaynelle's repertoire encompasses a wide variety of skills, all masterfully applied. My doctor attributes much of my post radiation therapy health to my regular visits to Gaynelle. She's a treasure!

Gaynelle truly has the gift! She puts her whole heart into her work and gives it her all! She's the best! Other therapists I've been to just go through the motion and you leave feeling no better than you did when you arrived. Gaynelle knows where the trouble spots are, often before you do! She is strong and effective where most needed and gentle in the areas that are tender. She applies stretching techniques and gives you a good work out - she really knows human anatomy. A particularly comforting characteristic of hers is the ability to connect with the client in such a way to make them totally at ease, relaxed and comfortable. She takes a good bit of time to visit with you before every session, and soon you realize you are much more than a client to her.

Gaynelle is a treasure and I couldn't recommend anyone more highly.
