Quoted one price on the phone, and paid DOUBLE at time of visit. Office staff clueless, if you are offered a price on the phone...GET A CONFIRMATION Email! This is my advice for anyone contemplating seeing Mark Rocco.
On day of visit I felt that the "consultation" was more of a sales pitch ,fear induced presentation.

Definitely not a chiropractor looking out for the patient's well being...but someone looking to increase revenue by exorbitant fees, "workshops" to attend.

This office lost my first appointment, disregards price quoted, the staff is clearly incompetent.

I had been having foot problems for over a year, had x-rays at an Orthopedic Dr and wore a cast for 1 month. I could hardly walk bought multiple pairs of shoes to try and be more comfortable.. Nothing worked,
My back and hip started really bothering me and I could not work... I did not know Dr Rocco but saw his sign across from a McDonalds .. I drove over in tears and asked if they could work me in.. They said yes... After Dr Rocco adjusted me from head to toe... especially both feet! (which I had never had done).. I walked out of the office without pain in my feet.
I used heat and ice every night before that. Now 1.5 yrs later I still go to Dr Rocco occasionally... but my feet never hurt any more!

I will definitely refer my friends and family here. They were great and I think more people should know about them. When I arrived for my appointment the friendly staff seemed to be waiting for me. I've been to other places where I had to wait forever after I arrived for my appointment, but not here. I was very impressed. The restrooms were very well-stocked at this provider's office. They always have toilet seat covers, paper towels and toilet paper and never run out. They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have.
