Definitely, they had one person trying to do everything

My mother stayed here for a week after a hospital stay. She was happy to be so well taken care of and have people know her name from the day she got there. The staff was warm and caring and responsive. This wasn't the case in another place she stayed last summer. The only complaint she had was the the main dish for lunch and dinner wasn't all that tasty. They also followed up with a phone call the week after she was home to see how she was doing. The building is older but the character of the staff more than makes up for that. I felt she was in excellent hands during her stay and would choose this place again if needed.

No way!! Be aware it is very unsafe and I was scared

Not at all, their office smelled fantastic!

Definitely! They staff spoke very highly of him/her

I, the spouse, was not notified when my spouse's defibrillator went off. My spouse asked to be taken to the emergency room. My spouse was not thinking clearly when later changed mind. My spouse asked for a blood test to be done and was not given one. I don't even think the nurses there know what a defibrillator is! Or even the seriousness of what had just taken place!

They have cats roaming the halls (what if someone is allergic to cats). I don't know how the Health Dept. can allow that.

We will be filing complaints with everyone.
