My mother was a patient at this nursing home.The majority of the staff are horrible.They mistreat patient take away their dignity and show no respect.We complained to administrator about a C.N.A. Enid and after that in retaliation my mothers dinner try was not given to her that evening.Management makes excuse after excuse.Nothing gets resolved .In my opinion the place should be investigated by state. Bugs were in room (ants and flying Knats) >Management constantly blames patients and not staff.Cars are always parked in front fire zone and in front of emergency exits.Administrator Saul and nursing director Debbie are useless when it comes to patients care and rights .C.N.As. and nurses never wear name tags and when asked give you a fake name to inhibit complaints.DO NOT SEND FAMILY MEMBERS TO THIS FACILITY .SOCIAL WORKER SEEMS TO WORK FOR FACILITIES BEST INTEREST AND NOT PATIENTS .NOT ONE OF THE MEDICAL STAFF REPORTED MY MOTHERS COMPLAINTS ABOUT MISTREATMENT TO STAFF AS REQUIRED BY LAW

The nursing, dietary, maintenance and therapy staff were very kind and caring during my time at Woodbury Center. It can get extremely busy at times and sometimes the staff are overloaded, but they are dedicated to the residents and their families. They go above and beyond their duties to ensure the safety and well-being of the people they serve.

My mother in law was in there and I couldnt wait to get her out!!! The place is dirty, the food is horrible that we brought her food on a daily basis. The night crew is horrible. Some of these people should NOT be doing this, they are lazy and don't care about the patients. My mother had asked to go to the bathroom during the night and she is able to get up with assistants and instead she the helps response is you have a diaper on go in that and I'll be back in 20 minutes and my mother insisted on getting up with help but she was to damn lazy to help and she had no choice but to go in her bed. These people should not be in this industry. Also there was bugs in the room and after a few times it was taken care of. Then there was a leak from the air conditioner that was there for a few days with the employees just plopping down sheets to absorb it. Then when I finally went in to put her in for a transfer all of a sudden they got working on it. Then they have the nerve in the morning to tell my mother she has no clean clothes, there were four sets of clothing in the drawer so they put someone elses outfit on that was left behind, DISGUSTING!!! They are just lazy. I will say there are a few that are good but no one seems to know there names. Shauna who is hospitality is wonderful. I would NEVER reccommend this to anyone. I feel horrible for the people that have to live there long term, very very sad. Now that my mother is in a new facility she is eating and her spirits are up. Woodbury is a very depressing facitility to be in. I have notified the insurance company of all of the above and they are just shocked!! I hope that people that are looking into this dont go there.

I wasn't greeted at all when I entered their office. I could tell they noticed I walked in, but they still didn't acknowledge me. They either didn't read my information or didn't pay any attention to it. Even though they had my information right in front of them, I kept having to explain it to them and remind them why I was there. I was treated terribly. I'm absolutely positive that I would have gotten better service anywhere else. I was glad that they were located in a safe neighborhood. I've been to some other places where I was scared to get out of my car but not here. The first time I walked into their office, I immediately smelled an absolutely horrible odor. I don't think they've ever cleaned the place. It made me nauseous. The care to the patients there is horrible. I saw several people in the hallway almost falling out of chairs completely dirty with food and feces. The nurses were completely rude as well as the supervisors that were on staff.
