Not at all. They closed early even though they knew I needed help

Not really. I felt like an annoyance when I asked a question

Sometimes, but most of the time they don't

A little, it was faint but I noticed one

They made sure every single question I had was answered, and were always available if I had more questions I want answered. Their staff was friendly, and welcoming. They were warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. I was pro-active in visiting (prior to needing placement), but when we got a diagnosis of cancer (and surgery required), they worked with me to make placement and transition as easy as possible. Ida, in the Admissions office went above-and-beyond to help us navigate the process and achieve a good outcome while we transitioned from acute to skilled-nursing care.
