I have never written a review before now, but feel compelled to do so. I would never recommend this place to anyone, they are complacent about care, the facility is under-staffed, and negligent to the point of criminal acts. My dad was over-medicated, and was given the wrong medication, not kept bathed, and the staff actually tried to steal from him. BE WARNED, this will not be tolerated, and Legal action is being sought against this facility because of these things. Ombudsman contact has been made, pending investigation. You would be better served by finding a Facility in Pullman, or Spokane...AVOID THIS PLACE!
