The staff was outstanding! I recently admitted my mother here and they went above and beyond to ensure that she had everything she needed in order to be comfortable in her new environment.

Not at all. I felt terrible for all the staff members

I visited a family member in this facility on Saturday-Whitehaven Community Living Center Nursing Home. It needs to be shut down and a new one built. I did not see a staff member in the facility that looked or acted professional. The Health Department needs to check on this facility. Please help those residents. How old is this facility? Nothing in there looks like it is up to code.

No, They definitely believe in quality over quantity and allow more than enough time in between appointments
