They didn't treat their staff well at all. They were very rude and demanding and I could tell the staff was miserable. It takes them forever to get back to me. I never get my questions answered within a reasonable time period. They didn't show any sort of attention to detail, which I think is very important. I was afraid they were going to miss or forget something important. They didn't answer the call at first, but did eventually call me back. It took my loved one over a week being there to get a treatment initiated after a surgery, they didn't even check for infection. Takes them 15 minutes to assist to the bathroom. If you do not go down to the dining room to eat they forget about you and you get a sandwich since kitchen has cleaned up already. They force loved ones to get up before 7am. They hurry loved ones, make them feel like they are not important. I DO NOT recommend sending your loved one here!
